Pyjama Day took place in Slovakia on November 14 and brought strong support for hospitalized children
On November 14, Slovakia celebrated Pyjama Day – an annual initiative symbolically supporting children who are hospitalized. People across the country came to work and school in pyjamas to show solidarity with young patients and their families.
The event was also covered by the news portal Pravda:

Pyjama Day is organized by Ronald McDonald House Charities Slovakia, which has been working for many years to improve the conditions for families during children’s hospital stays. This year’s fundraising will help purchase folding beds for parents at the children’s ward in the hospital of Liptovský Mikuláš.
It is also worth noting that many children’s wards in Slovak hospitals are equipped with beds supplied by PROMA REHA, a long-term partner of healthcare facilities supporting the modernization of care for young patients.
Pyjama Day once again demonstrated that even a simple gesture can have a profound impact—especially for families going through difficult times.
