For application, a water-based suspension containing titanium oxide nanoparticles is used, which forms a uniform transparent film on the surface. Immediately after application, the carrier medium evaporates and the surface crystallizes. In a few moments, a fully functional layer is created. A microlayer with high resistance to abrasion, water and chemicals is formed on hard surfaces. In the case of soft surfaces, such as fabrics, NANOZONE covers each fiber.
 
The application of the NANOZONE active layer itself is not demanding, the treatment of a medium-sized room (eg a hospital room) takes about 5-10 minutes. Subsequently, the room can be used almost immediately without significant restrictions. Prior to application, all it takes is to remove dirt, deposits, grease or dust from the specified areas and also to observe the basic pre-application measures. The room does not need to be cleaned or otherwise specially modified. On the contrary, it is possible to apply NANOZONE to all room equipment, which increases the active area and thus increases the effect. The application is performed by professionally trained personnel, who then prepare a report from the performed efficiency verification and issue a certificate of treatment of the space. After application, the effectiveness is guaranteed for at least 24 months.
